Barring unforeseen events

You may return one or more items, without ever having used them, within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products.

As soon as we receive your package, we will verify that all conditions have been met. If the procedure has been performed correctly we will make the refund, which will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are usually made after a few days, but no later than 30 days after the order is received.

You cannot exchange purchased items for other products. You can decide to change the size of the same product, to do so follow the directions given here.
