Return and size exchange

In case of size exchange or return of purchased merchandise, you must return the products in perfect condition, accompanied by their original packaging, complete with any outer wrappings, accessories and instructions. You may return or exchange products by following the directions:


Check that you meet the following requirements before shipping the goods and follow these simple instructions so that you can receive your refund (in case of return) as soon as possible:

  • check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and is packed carefully and neatly;
  • checks that all original tags are fully intact and have not been removed from the item, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund for the product because the products would no longer be saleable;
  • any returned item of clothing may only be worn for the purpose of trying it on. It must not have been worn for any other purpose or washed, ironed, and/or processed in any way;
  • the original box is considered an integral part of the product and must be returned undamaged, free of marks, writing, or deformation. The original box may not be used as the only outer packaging for shipping;

IMPORTANT: If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return or size exchange of the goods.



1. Contact customer care at e-mail
2. Follow the directions provided by customer care to define the return* or size exchange**, the day and time slot (of at least 4 hours availability) best suited to your needs to schedule the pickup with the courier.
3. In case of size change, you will have to redo an order through the shop and enter a personal code provided by customer care to the contact email to reset the cost of the product.
4. Prepare the product(s) to be returned as carefully as possible (see previous paragraph) to protect them in transit. We recommend that you use the same box in which you received your order.


Further details will be communicated by email from the staff in charge.


*In any case, the cost of returning the product, which involves collecting the goods, will be borne by the customer. Except for failed or damaged merchandise.


**We remind you that it is not possible to make an exchange between different products. Instead, it will be allowed to request a size exchange of the same product, considering its availability. In any case, except for failed merchandise, the cost of collecting the merchandise and the shipping cost of the replaced product will be borne by the customer.


As soon as we receive your package, we will check that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly we will make the refund, which will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are usually made after a few days and in any case no later than 30 days from the time of receipt of the order.
